If any of these happens, you get a refund to your original payment method.

  • It never arrivesYour parcel goes missing on the way and never turns up.
  • It's not as describedThe wrong size, damage the listing left out, or a different item from the one you bought.
  • It arrives damagedSomething tore, broke or got soaked on the way to you.

What isn't covered

Protection is there for orders that go wrong, so it doesn't cover changing your mind. The same goes for a fit you didn't like when the listed size and measurements were right. Every piece is one of a kind, so it's worth checking the measurements and condition notes before you buy.

How to get a refund

  1. 1Report it within 2 daysOpen your order email and choose "Report a problem" within 2 days of delivery. If the parcel never turns up, report it from the same email.
  2. 2Show us what went wrongAdd a short note and a few photos. The seller sees your report and can reply.
  3. 3Get your money backOnce we confirm the problem, the refund goes to your original payment method.

You get paid once the buyer confirms the item is fine, or when the 2-day check window ends without a report. That's the sale price minus Rehang's 10%, so a $45 jacket pays you $40.50.

If a buyer reports a problem, you see their note and photos and can respond before anything is decided. Honest condition labels, real measurements and photos of any wear are the best way to avoid a claim in the first place.
